Office Policy/Terms and Conditions

Please allow 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation.  No-show appointments will be charged the full-service price.  Repeated cancellations or no-show may require pre-payment before booking.  When  booking an appointment , a $100 deposit is required to hold your appointment.  The deposit will  go towards your service.  The balance will be due at time of service.  If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours , the $100 deposit is forfeited.  You will have to put another deposit down to rebook.   Clients more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled.  If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork.

• Gift cards can not be transferred 
• Gift cards must be used before expiration date
